Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with CV Scorecard. If you're not, here's how refunds work.

You're never charged for failed results

Credits are deducted only when a score or rewrite is delivered. If the AI doesn't finish, no credit is used, so there's nothing to refund.

Refunds for credit packs

• Unused packs: if you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partly used packs: within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund the unused credits from that pack, in proportion to the price you paid.
• Something went wrong: if a result was clearly broken, for example empty or about the wrong document, tell us and we'll restore the credits or refund them, even after 14 days.

Free sign-up credits have no cash value and can't be refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@cvscorecard.com from the address on your account, with the transaction ID from the receipt PayPal emailed you. We reply within 2 business days and refund through PayPal to the account or card you paid with; PayPal usually shows it within a few business days. The refunded credits are removed from your balance.
